AccruHire is an independent job distribution platform that connects accounting students with employers. AccruHire is a distribution channel only — we publish employer job listings and route students to the employer's own application system. AccruHire is not involved in any hiring decision, offer, or employment relationship.
Payment: Listing fees ($99 standard, $199 featured) are non-refundable once a posting goes live. If a posting fails to go live due to a technical error on AccruHire's side, we will issue a full refund or credit.
Accurate information: Employers must provide accurate job information. Misleading job titles, fabricated compensation, or inaccurate company information are grounds for immediate removal of the listing without refund.
Non-discriminatory postings: Job listings must comply with all applicable employment laws. AccruHire prohibits any listing that discriminates on the basis of race, gender, age, disability, religion, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.
External URL: The application URL provided must be valid and active for the duration of the listing. If an employer's application closes before the listing expires, the employer should notify AccruHire at accruhire@gmail.com to have the listing updated or removed.
Listing duration: Standard and featured listings are active for 30 days from the date the listing goes live (after payment confirmation). Listings automatically deactivate after 30 days.
Accurate profile: Students must provide accurate information in their profiles. Misrepresentation of credentials, experience, or background is grounds for profile removal.
Free to use: AccruHire is permanently free for students. We will never charge students for access to job listings, profile creation, or match notifications.
Applications: AccruHire links to employer websites for applications. All applications are processed by the employer, not AccruHire. AccruHire has no involvement in or knowledge of your application status.
AccruHire provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties about the accuracy of job listings, the hiring practices of any employer, or any employment outcome. AccruHire's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant listing.
AccruHire is not an employment agency, recruiter, or staffing firm. We do not represent employers or candidates. We do not participate in salary negotiations, offer processes, or employment contracts. Any employment relationship formed through AccruHire is solely between the employer and the candidate.
AccruHire may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
